That’s how you make progress.
If you hit your targets, you stick to your plan and there is progress, then you could see what needs to change.
Without the numbers, you wouldn’t know what you need to change weekly to progress.
It’s not just about tracking your scale weight. You should be tracking:
  • Scale weight
  • Steps
  • Calories
  • Protein
  • Training Sessions completed
  • Weights lifted in sessions
  • Time of the month
  • Sleep
  • Water intake
  • Energy levels and mood
  • Photos
  • Body Measurements
